I have never done business with this company before. I will let you know if I have any problems with their work, but the man I dealt with was helpful and I feel like he wasn't try to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and the car needed work I wasn't familiar with. He offered helpful advice also on keeping the vehicle that I appreciated and needed.

I was introduced to Baker Automotive by Barbara Perrot, my cousin, and everything she said was completely true, I love the service that my car gets and would never think of going any other place.The word of the day for Baker Automotive is (drum roll, please) EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to get my truck in the same day I called and it was ready the next morning. Everyone was very professional and the shop was cleaner than any auto repair shop I have ever seen.. It was a great experience.

No one else could tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, including the dealership where I bought it, until I took it to these guys! Thanks again!
