A HUGE THANK YOU to Baker Automotive! They swooped in and saved me when I was in a real bind. I am truly grateful to have been referred to them, after being disappointed by another auto repair place. I have driven past Baker's hundreds of times but never really thought about them because I didn't need them. But boy when I did, did they ever step up to the plate. Talk about a QUICK turnaround time! After breaking down, my car was towed into their business at almost closing one day and they had it ready for me by 5:00 the very next day! Even though there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done. They were so accommodating and could not have been nicer or more professional. I am very grateful for them and I HIGHLY recommend Baker to anyone needing auto repair.

I drove from Georgetown to Beaumont to have a Roadmaster towing system installed on my 2021 GMC Canyon. This adaptation allows me to tow the Canyon behind my motorhome. The installation was neat and clean and finished on time. The Service staff at Baker were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful helping me understand how the system worked. The 4.5 hour drive each way was well worth my time. Great work and much less expensive than a comparable quote I received from my local RV dealer. Solid 5 star experience.
