Broke down in Beaumont with a broken water hose on a 2005 Suburban. Got towed to Baker Auto Repair on Calder. They replaced the water hoses using high quality parts for a fair price and got me back on the road in 4 hours even though their shop was full. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

I was from out of town and needed my Diesel Truck checked out. They were able to fit me in and found the issue that allowed me to get back on road. Smart technicians and very customer focused.

I got stranded in Beaumont yesterday coming from Lake Charles back home to Fort Worth. My car died. I called road side assistance and was towed to Baker Auto. And I’m so glad that’s where I ended up! Great people there! So helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Turned out I need a new motor. Which thankfully is still under warranty. So they called the dealership for me and arranged to get my car taken there. They also took me and all my luggage to a rental place to rent a car. When that fell through, they took me and all my luggage back to the shop. I had to have family come an hour from Lake Charles to pick me up. Chase waited with me-after they’d closed-until my ride came. I recommend this shop to everyone. They are honest and know their stuff. And so kind. I wish I could remember all the names of everyone there. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and nice. So thank you all so much. You helped make a very stressful situation much better. I appreciate everything you did so much.

Always professional. Always considerate of my time, your vehicle doesn't just sit there when you bring it in, they get on it and at least give you a diagnosis same day you bring it in. It just makes me feel like they really care about their customers when i haven't had to call them in 6 months, but if Tyler or Chase answers the phone, as soon as i say who i am, they remember me and my son and what vehicles we have. Being a single woman it is hard to trust what your being told sometimes about things like this, but Tyler and Chase make it easy. Always honest and upfront. Thanks for being there for Monty and I.
